Southern Classic Construction was founded by two graduates of Texas A&M with over 27 years of experience building and renovating homes in and around The Woodlands area.
We are a one-stop shop from inception and design through the finishing touches of your project.

Kevin and Kyle’s communication was prompt and clear. Their workers were professional and courteous. Their attention to detail was exceptional. The work included creating a new room for a bathroom (new walls/pocket door/etc.), replacing the bathtub, installing a new tile floor, updating the vanity and fixture, and painting. Southern Classic constructed a custom deck for our backyard. They had been recommended by people in the neighborhood. The manager of the project, Kyle, was always on time and easy to reach. He checked on the progress of the project several times a day. Kyle was responsive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, including adding an extra handrail for our safety. The crew was polite, efficient and did outstanding work in adverse weather conditions. We are very satisfied with the quality of work and now have an outstanding, safe and sturdy deck we shall enjoy for many years. We highly recommend Southern Classic Construction.
Two houses. Last summer after the storm, Kyle was able to quickly modify bids to coordinate our cull de sac of five properties. With completed was quality. Had him do another property this past week, well coordinated as well.

Southern Classic Construction helped us with our recent renovation of our bathroom along with a few other areas. We replaced everything in the bathroom with the exception of the floors, tub, toilet and vanities. The transformation of our shower was the biggest wow factor. It feels so much larger even though the footprint stayed the same. All new counter tops, tub surround, hardware, plumbing fixtures, paint and door knobs. We had them hang new light fixtures in our entry, dining room and installed a new fan in our bedroom. We replaced all the carpet in our bedroom and closets. Upon Kevin's suggestion and Kyle's ideas we completely changed our linen closet into a built in cabinet with shelves and drawers. We have so much more useable space. Another hit in the final completion. Communication with Kevin and Kyle was good. Kyle was here every day at least once a day. Would use them again in the future for any other projects we might plan.
