As a general contractor, we have insurance to cover any work that we perform. All of our subcontractors have insurance and any necessary licenses required in the state of Texas.
We recognize that changes and unexpected issues are a natural part of the renovation process. Our approach is rooted in transparency, communication, and flexibility to ensure a smooth and successful project. If a change is required that would required an adjustment to the contract value, we will write a change order that outlines the required work. That work will not proceed until the the change order is approved and signed by the homeowner.
Southern Classic will procure all necessary permits before construction begins. Our dedication to regulatory compliance is a testament to delivering a product that adheres to the highest industry standards and legal requirements.
Southern Classic takes pride in being with you through every step of the renovation or construction process. The same project manager will be with your from first consultation until the project is turned over to you. This will insure easy, convenient communication.
We take pride in our work and can not remember the last time we got called back to a job after it was completed. With that being said, we are not perfect, and we want you to have the peace of mind that we provide a 1 year warranty from the time of completion for any issues with workmanship.
Each jobsite is unique, but in general there will be a dumpster of trash container of the driveway during the construction process.
