This is probably one of the most important steps to making your vision a reality. Some customers know exaclty what they want, but most people just know what they don't want, and that is what they have now, a tired out-dated space. Our goal is to define the space we will be working on, use our expertise and experience to figure out what is possible, and based on your budget get you the most bang for your buck.

We will provide you with a detailed estimate stating the work that will be completed and the cost associated with the work.

Once the scope of work and price are agreed upon, you will sign a simple contract that describes what we will be doing and the payment schedule for that work.

If there are city or Township permits or approvals required, we will prepare and submit all of the paperwork. In some cases there are deposits that will need to be made directly from you, the homeowner, to the municipality, but we will let you know that ahead of time.

This is where the fun begins. There will be items going into your house that will need to be selected (tile, countertops, paint colors, plumbing, etc). One of our designers will hep you choose everything you need so that you feel confident that the final result will be exactly what you were hoping for.

During this phase, our crews will be working to complete you project in a safe, professional, and efficient manner. Once construction is complete, we will walk through the job with you to make sure that we exceeded your expectations and that you love your new space. Our job is not complete until you are 100% satisfied.
